Becoming a Vendor

Table Pricing & Size

Pittsburgh Reptile Show -     Tables are 8 foot and are $50 per table

Erie Reptile Expo  -                   Tables are 8 foot and are $40 per table

1st table comes with 2 free Admissions ( one for you & a helper)

Tables 2-4 get 1 extra free admission

Tables 5-8 get 2 extra free admission

Need more admissions they are $6 per vendor

Vendor Table Cancelations: 

1. Vendors that are unable to attend an event are required to give at least 2 weeks notice in advance to receive a refund for the tables secured for the event. (Failure to notify promoters will require you to pay for your tables prior to attending a future expo.)
2. No-call-no-show vendors (without an acceptable reason) will be required to pre-pay for tables in advance for all future expos, and will possibly be denied future vending opportunities.
3. Vendors cannot sell or sublease their tables to others with out permission.  Selling or subleasing could result in forfeit of table(s) as well as costs and fees. All vendors must be approved first.

Vendor  Set up Information :

1. Set up is 6am to 9am (doors open to the public at 9am)
2. We are open to the public from 9am to 3pm (vendors are expected to stay the whole time if for some reason you have to leave early please let us know ahead of time)
3. Tables come with Electric Bring an extension cord You will need one

Vendor General Rules: 

1.  All animals are to be secured at all times. Feel free to add netting, secure covers, etc. to help prevent theft/loss.  
2.  Vendors are responsible for their own permits as well as knowledge of all rules and regulations – local, state and federal.
3. No native to Pennsylvania animals  - Only animals legal to be sold in the state of Pennsylvania can be on the property. (If its not legal to be sold it should not be with you.)
4. Promotors are permitted to do inspections of any animal at any time. If any animals are in questionable condition, the vendor may have to remove the animal in question from their table.
5.  Vendors are solely responsible for the conditions of the animals they bring as well as sales made at the expo. 
6.  If a vendor allows an animal to be held or removed from an enclosure, it is solely the responsibility and liability of the vendor if any accidents or any injuries occur.  
7.  Vendors are responsible for any animals that are lost during at the expo
8.  Vendors and attendees are to be respectful at all times. Profanities and fighting will not be allowed. 
9. NO parking lot sales. (you will be banned if caught)
10. Vendors are required to maintain the cleanliness of their tables and area (this includes cleaning your area before you leave)

Exclusives:

1. We have One-  (Feeder bugs) If you plan on brining feeders please ask first we limit the vendors who can sell / display feeder at our events.  

Venomous :

1.  All Venomous reptiles are to be completely secured with red tape and marked venomous on containers at ALL times. No exceptions.  (taking a venomous reptile out during an expo is cause for a vendor ban)
2. All sellers of venomous animals must follow all  laws and must collect buyers contact information on a provided form. 
3. Once purchased venomous animals must be taken out of the building immediately ( you can not walk around the expo with a venomous animal vendors can hold purchases behind their tables so you can continue shopping.
